Role: Content Operations Manager (2023), Content Coordinator (2021-2023)

Project: As part of the Netflix K-Content (formerly The Swoon) team, I spearheaded operations for YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter channels. My role also included project management, strategic planning, and analytics. Entering into the world of media and entertainment to grow a platform aimed at captivating a worldwide fan community was a remarkable experience. Throughout this journey, I’ve gained the expertise to craft content and experiences that connect, resonate, and excite audiences ranging from superfans to casual fans. It also offered me with a platform to expand my perspective, enabling me to collaborate and engage with markets across APAC and AMER regions.

My key responsibilities included:

• Content calendar coordination
