For our sixth round of visual exchange, Abby switched things up. We each selected three songs that resonated with us in the past year and created visual responses to our own. We also exchanged draft versions and responded to each other’s songs, creating new visuals based on those drafts.
Although we immerse ourselves in different musical streams, it always feels like our songs coexist harmoniously in one world. This was originally an Instagram series, which you can view here.

The string instruments welcome us as we follow along the acoustic melody; this song feels like the epitome of spring.
웅장하게 피어오르는 스트링 악기들로 시작하여 어쿠스틱 기타의 멜로디가 달콤한 꽃 향기와 어우러져 동화 속으로 서서히 빠져드는 듯.

편안한 멜로디 속에 뭔가 슬픈 평행선인 마음.
It’s the synthesizer and the flute that caught my attention. A comforting melody with hearts moving in parallel smeared with a tinge of sadness.
